Welcome to my personal website! I am an experienced MIS Manager with a strong background in Electronics Manufacturing and IT systems management. Here, you can learn more about my professional journey, skills, and personal interests.
I am Honezi Aquino Guevarra, married with three children. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Additionally, I completed a 2-year Electronics Technology Vocational degree at Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trades, now renamed Don Honorio Ventura State University.
My career began at Teletech Telesystems, Inc., an Electronics Manufacturing company, where I started as a repair technician. Over the years, I advanced to MIS programmer, System Administrator, and eventually MIS and Logistics Manager.
In 2012, the company was sold and renamed Pivot-Hawks Manila, Inc., where I continue to work as an MIS Manager.
- Managed the migration of ERP systems from Foxpro to Pervasive SQL, and later to Microsoft SQL.
- Developed and maintained MS Access systems to enhance ERP functionality.
- Implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Installed and managed various servers and firewalls, including Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Remote Desktop Servers, Citrix Server, Sonicwall firewalls, and Meraki Firewalls.
- Managed the MIS Department
- Managed the Material Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Import/Export Departments
- Started as a repair technician and progressed to MIS programmer, System Administrator, and MIS/Logistics Manager.
- Created the company's payroll system.
- Implemented MAX ERP system in the company and other sister companies in the US and Taiwan.
- Enhanced MAX ERP by creating MS Access applications to provide additional functionalities to the users.
- Optimized processes by removing redundant jobs and providing necessary reports to users.

I have been with the choir of UCCP Ellinwood Malate Church since late 90's when we forcefully migrated to Manila due to the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. I have been singing with the Vesper Choir and the Psalm Ensemble.
I have been with Teletech Telesystems, Inc. since 1993 until it became Pivot-Hawks Manila, Inc.
I have been leading the MIS department since late 90's up to present. My stint with the Logistics department started in 2003 until 2018.
I started to venture into the facebook marketing to add to my existing skills.
